Adopt an AED continues research to forward AEDs into all communities
In August we had the opportunity to further our research amongst the dental community.
Adopt an AED received an invitation to attend the International Society of Dental Anxiety Management (ISDAM) Conference at The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (RCPSG) as we continue research to promote AEDs into all communities.
The RCPSG are committed to supporting dentists and dental care professionals with their education, training and continuous professional development at every stage of their career from registration to maturity.
They do this through the delivery of innovative and current educational activities both throughout the UK and internationally. They are continually adding new events and courses and are working towards having a full rolling programme of high quality events and courses developed and delivered by leading experts in their fields.
Underpinning all of this activity is their mission to provide postgraduate educational services that promote the delivery of the highest standards of dental practice.
Adopt an AED took this opportunity to display our products and engage in discussion about registration and the value of our product. To date, we discovered from our research and networking that not many of the dental practices have registered or taken advantage of the 2015 legislation, an area highlighted that clearly requires some work.
A massive thank you to the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians for this opportunity and we look forward to liaising together in the furture.
