due to not having a defibrillator or trained person nearby. Local communities are adopting AED’s to ensure there is a quick response and delivery of
a shock; helping save a life during cardiac arrest
All donations will be used towards putting Automated External Defibrillators in hotspots through UK Wide local communities.
Donations will also be used to train local communities in CPR and AED skills, ensuring people have the knowledge required to help someone during a Cardiac Arrest Situation.

Individual donations will be combined to purchase AEDs for UK communities. The location of these AEDs will be posted publicly, however, will be at the discretion of Adopt an AED Initiative in conjunction with third parties such as the Emergency Services to ensure the best placement.
For donations over £1,500, a specific area for placement of the AED can be requested by the person donating. Adopt an AED Initiative will honor the request in this circumstance.
